Now that was interesting. I'm not sure that everyone got to see how the Forum Moderator replied to this post. The reply appeared in the bottom section that usually only says "Approved" Here is the Moderator's reply for those of you who weren't looking for anything in that section:

The Five-Year Plan was discussed with the Board on November 4th.  The current schedule calls for introduction of the Plan on November 17 for adoption on December 1, 2004.  The proposed Plan will be on the web site as soon as it is edited to include Board input.

 

I can't recall seeing the Forum Moderator reply to a post in this way before. I wasn't looking for it in this space, but it is nice to get a reply.
