Local-Flex Demonstration Program Plan - to access material, go to http://www.seattleschools.org/area/finance/grants/flex.pdf. This provides information about the flex program and expenditure plan for 2003-2004. The District is currently updating the plan given recent changes to No Child Left Behind and Washington State's accountability system related to Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).  For additional information regarding the flex plan, contact the office of Grant Services at 206 252 0200.
