The fact that music is not offered in every school is only a matter of money and money is a matter of choices.  Think about it - if you could find a magic pill that would promote good learning habits in kids from an early age, that could be proven to benefit the vast majority of those who took it (for some, dramatically changing their lives) and with no negative side effects to the others, wouldn't we as a community prescribe that pill?  Music is that pill - please fund it for all kids.
