I read through the Principals and Students comments on the Five-Year Plan and there are many points were both forums asked for more attention to how children learn. Specifically, that children do not learn in the same way and that it can be sink or swim for some students.  I see nothing in the Five-Year Plan that addresses this issue even though it appeared repeatedly in the Students/Principals.   Someone up the food chain needs to listen to this issue.
